**Neurealm** is a privately held technology-services company backed by Kedaara Capital. The present brand was introduced on May 9, 2025, after the combination of Great Software Laboratory (GS Lab) and GAVS Technologies. Neurealm lists an office in Princeton, New Jersey, and additional offices across North America, Europe, India, and Japan. It provides engineering, modernization, data, [artificial intelligence](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/artificial_intelligence), and technology-operations services.[1][2][3]

The company expanded into semiconductor, embedded-system, perception-AI, and healthcare engineering through the acquisitions of Ignitarium in December 2025 and Veersa in June 2026.[4][5] In June 2026, [NVIDIA](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/nvidia) also named Neurealm as an industrial-applications partner developing functional-safety agents for [NVIDIA Halos](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/nvidia_halos) for Robotics. That role and Neurealm's membership in the Halos inspection-lab ecosystem do not by themselves certify Neurealm, its software, or a customer deployment.[6][7][8]

## Corporate identity

Neurealm is the current identity of a business assembled from companies with different histories. Kedaara acquired a majority stake in Pune-based GS Lab in November 2021. The investment announcement described GS Lab as an 18-year-old digital product-engineering firm with more than 1,600 employees. In December 2021, Kedaara separately acquired a significant majority stake in GAVS, then described as a Princeton-headquartered digital-transformation and managed-services company with more than 2,100 employees.[9][10]

Kedaara announced on February 23, 2022 that it intended to combine GS Lab and GAVS. The planned business used the name GS Lab | GAVS and was expected to have close to 4,000 technical employees. A later company history labels 2024 as its merger milestone, but does not provide a more precise completion date.[11][12] GS Lab | GAVS adopted the Neurealm name on May 9, 2025, effective immediately. This corrects the May 13 date previously stated on this page.[3]

No single founding year adequately describes all of those events. Neurealm's current company-history page shows separate predecessor milestones in 2000 and 2003, a 2021 investment, a 2024 merger, and the 2025 rebrand. Public profiles that assign the current organization one earlier founding year therefore describe predecessor lineage rather than the creation of the Neurealm brand.[12]

## History

- **November 9, 2021:** Kedaara announced its majority investment in GS Lab.[9]
- **December 15, 2021:** Kedaara announced its majority investment in GAVS Technologies.[10]
- **February 23, 2022:** Kedaara announced the intended combination of the two businesses under the GS Lab | GAVS identity.[11]
- **May 9, 2025:** GS Lab | GAVS rebranded as Neurealm.[3]
- **December 2, 2025:** Neurealm announced the acquisition of Ignitarium and launched its NeuGAIN platform.[4][13]
- **April 1, 2026:** Ignitarium transitioned to the Neurealm brand, completing the announced integration.[14]
- **June 1, 2026:** Neurealm announced the acquisition of healthcare-engineering company Veersa.[5]
- **June 22, 2026:** NVIDIA listed Neurealm in the Halos for Robotics industrial-applications ecosystem and as a new member of the Halos AI Systems Inspection Lab.[6][7]

## Services and NeuGAIN

Neurealm groups its services under engineering, modernization, and "RunOps." Its current materials list silicon design, embedded software, digital-platform engineering, data engineering, [cybersecurity](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/ai_in_cybersecurity), AI, and technology operations. It serves sectors including healthcare, technology, semiconductors, commerce, industrial systems, and transportation. The company describes the resulting range as extending from silicon to [agentic AI](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/agentic_ai).[1][12]

NeuGAIN is Neurealm's branded platform for [enterprise AI](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/enterprise_ai) engineering and operations. At its December 2025 launch, the company described four principal modules:

- **NeuFlow**, for data preparation and data engineering.
- **AI SDLC Pulse**, for software-engineering workflows.
- **Agentic RunOps**, which incorporates the predecessor GAVS Zero Incident Framework for technology operations.
- **Enterprise AI Framework**, for assembling and governing AI applications.[13]

Neurealm says NeuGAIN combines software with its engineering and operations services rather than functioning only as a self-service software product. On December 16, 2025, the company said it would integrate OpenAI APIs, models, and agent capabilities into the platform.[15] The cited announcements provide product descriptions and company-reported outcome percentages, but not an independent audit, customer-level methodology, or reproducible benchmark. Those percentages are therefore not treated here as established performance results.

Neurealm reports more than 250 active customers and delivery centers in the United States and India. Its contact page lists offices across North America, Europe, India, and Japan.[2][12] These figures and geographic descriptions are current company disclosures, not independently audited operating statistics.

## Acquisitions

### Ignitarium

Neurealm announced its purchase of Ignitarium on December 2, 2025. Founded in 2012, Ignitarium specialized in semiconductor design, wireless and embedded systems, and perception AI, including [computer vision](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/computer_vision) and sensor-fusion work. The acquisition added development centers in Bengaluru and Kochi to Neurealm's existing Indian locations. TH Global Capital, Ignitarium's financial adviser, separately records the sale to Kedaara-backed Neurealm. Neither source disclosed the purchase price.[4][16]

On April 1, 2026, Neurealm said Ignitarium would transition to the Neurealm brand and that operational integration was complete. Ignitarium co-founder Sanjay Jayakumar subsequently became president of Neurealm's semiconductor, embedded, and automotive business, while fellow Ignitarium executive Ramesh Shanmugham became that segment's chief business officer.[14][17]

### Veersa

Neurealm announced the acquisition of Veersa on June 1, 2026. Veersa, founded in 2020, provided software, data, and modernization services to privately held and private-equity-backed healthcare businesses. Neurealm said the transaction expanded its healthcare portfolio and added access to staff in Noida as well as its other Indian delivery cities. Avendus Capital, Veersa's exclusive financial adviser, separately confirmed the transaction, and VCCircle reported it on June 4. The parties did not publish a deal value.[5][18][26]

## Leadership and ownership

Kedaara continues to list Neurealm as a current portfolio company and dates its investment to 2021.[1] Neurealm's current leadership page names Harmeet Chauhan as chief executive officer and board member. It names Rajaneesh Kini as chief operating officer, Sukanta Kundu as chief financial officer, and Abidali Neemuchwala as chairman.[17] Because Neurealm is privately held, it does not publish the periodic financial statements, segment revenue, or public-market disclosures expected from a listed company.

## Functional safety practice

Neurealm markets consulting, analysis, implementation, verification, and certification-support services for automotive functional safety. Its service page says the practice works with ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 processes and can support customer products up to Automotive Safety Integrity Level D (ASIL-D) and Safety Integrity Level 3 (SIL-3). It also says the practice includes TUV-certified hardware and software professionals.[19]

Those statements have a narrower meaning than the former wording of this article suggested:

- ISO 26262 addresses safety-related electrical and electronic systems in series-production road vehicles. IEC 61508 provides a generic framework for electrical, electronic, and programmable electronic systems that perform safety functions.[20][21]
- ASIL and SIL levels concern safety integrity within defined systems, functions, and development evidence. They are not a blanket certification of every product or service made by an organization.
- Neurealm's cited page claims TUV-certified **professionals** and certification-support capability. It does not show that Neurealm as a whole is "TUV certified for ASIL-D and SIL-3," as this page previously stated.[19]

AI adds a separate assurance problem. ISO/IEC TR 5469:2024 covers AI used inside safety-related functions, non-AI safety functions that protect AI-controlled equipment, and AI used to develop safety-related functions.[22] This is relevant to Neurealm's robotics work, but citing the report or following its guidance is not equivalent to a product certificate.

## NVIDIA Halos and industrial robotics

NVIDIA announced Halos for Robotics on June 22, 2026 as a safety architecture for industrial robots, autonomous mobile robots, and [humanoid robots](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/humanoid_robot). It combines the IGX Thor compute platform, Holoscan Sensor Bridge, Halos OS components, safety applications, and an inspection program. NVIDIA's announcement lists Neurealm with [FORT Robotics](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/fort_robotics), Inventec, KION Group, and Lyte AI as industrial-applications partners developing functional-safety agents with the Outside-In Safety Blueprint.[6]

The announcement places Neurealm in the developer and services ecosystem, not among the assessment agencies. As of July 28, 2026, the cited public materials do not identify a Neurealm customer system that has completed final third-party certification through Halos.

### Outside-in safety

The Outside-In Blueprint supplements a robot's onboard perception with fixed cameras and other facility infrastructure. NVIDIA describes a pipeline that detects and tracks people and equipment, combines events from multiple views, monitors degraded inputs, and sends signals that can slow, stop, or otherwise change robot behavior. This is an example of [physical AI](https://aiwiki.ai/wiki/physical_ai), in which AI perception and decision logic interact with machines in the physical environment.[7]

Neurealm has presented a vision-AI implementation of that approach for factories, using external camera views and the NVIDIA IGX platform. That presentation establishes development and demonstration activity, not field performance across arbitrary factories or a completed safety certification.[23]

Peer-reviewed research supports the potential value of external vision while also showing why demonstrations are not enough. A 2024 study of a top-view RGB-D camera in a collaborative assembly task compared several safety strategies and found tradeoffs between user acceptance, interaction fluency, and execution time. A broader 2024 review concluded that safe human-robot collaboration still requires technical, procedural, organizational, and human-factor controls as well as hazard analysis.[24][25]

### Inspection and certification boundary

Neurealm is also a member of the NVIDIA Halos AI Systems Inspection Lab ecosystem. ANAB states that the lab itself is an ISO/IEC 17020-accredited inspection program for physical-AI safety. The program evaluates how partners integrate Halos elements and produces inspection evidence intended to support later certification work.[8]

Accreditation belongs to the inspection body, not automatically to its members. NVIDIA likewise explains that a partner takes the lab's inspection report and certificate to an independent certification agency for final system certification. Membership therefore does not certify Neurealm, its engineers, the Outside-In Blueprint, or any customer deployment.[7] NVIDIA listed Halos Core configurations and the open-source Outside-In Blueprint in early access at launch, and its technical description said some middleware and infrastructure tools were not yet intended for safety applications.[6][7]

## Public evidence and limitations

Most detailed information about Neurealm's products, customers, personnel, and delivery footprint comes from the company or its investor. The Ignitarium and Veersa transactions have additional confirmation from the sellers' financial advisers, and VCCircle independently reported the Veersa acquisition. NVIDIA independently confirms Neurealm's Halos partner and lab-member roles, while ANAB independently confirms the accreditation held by NVIDIA's inspection program.[6][8][16][18][26]

The available sources do not provide audited revenue, profitability, a current audited employee count, acquisition prices, NeuGAIN benchmark methods, or final certification records for a Neurealm robotics deployment. The combination announcement's projection of close to 4,000 technical employees in 2022 should not be presented as a verified 2026 headcount. Similarly, the company's figure of more than 250 customers should remain attributed to Neurealm rather than stated as an independently verified total.[11][12]
