Make one article better
A precise correction with a useful source is a good first contribution. You do not need an account to report an issue or suggest an edit.
1. Find something specific to improve
Open an article and select a sentence, then choose Report selected text. You can also use Report issue in the article toolbar. Say what looks wrong, which section it is in, and what source supports the correction.
Find an article →2. Suggest a small, sourced edit
Choose Suggest edit on the article. Preserve information that is still correct, write in neutral language, cite the relevant primary source, and explain the change in the edit summary. Avoid promotional claims and unsupported speculation.

Suggestions from readers and new accounts enter a moderation queue. Authorized editors review them before publication. Published edits appear in article history; resolved reader reports appear in the public corrections log. A suggestion is not a new fact-check stamp.
